How the rebuilt Epic Themes site handles information.

Messages and release updates

When you submit a form, we store your email address, message or project idea, consent, and submission time on the Epic Themes server. We use these to respond or send the release updates you requested. Submitting a form does not create an account or place an order.

Technical information

The web server may log requests, including IP addresses, for operation and troubleshooting. Form rate limits use a temporary hash of your IP address and the current minute; raw IP addresses are not included in the saved form record.

Interactive previews

Preview votes and filters are held in memory in your browser and reset on reload. They are not real community votes. This site does not currently add advertising trackers or a marketing analytics script.

WordPress Playground demos

When you launch a full demo, your browser connects to playground.wordpress.net to load WordPress. The demo installs our public theme packages and fictional sample content into a temporary site in your browser. Refreshing or restarting resets your changes. Do not enter private information into a demo. Opening a demo in a new tab starts a separate session. WordPress Playground is provided by the WordPress project, not hosted by Epic Themes.

Your choices

Use the contact form to request access to or deletion of information you submitted, or to withdraw permission for updates. Include the email address you originally used. We do not sell form submissions.
